On November Tenth, Two Thousand Ten, in the Parish of Orleans, CountJeremy was convicted and sentenced to five years in the Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections. The expected release date would be around November of 2015.

"In a letter that Jeremy wrote me, he gave me permission to use any of his musical works for any purpose I found appropriate.
Originally printed on cassettes by Southern Waste Records, I decided to re-release the LOUISIANA420 Anthology digitally through Flaccid Plastic Records.
I know he put a lot of hard work into the little bit of music he recorded, so I decided to do what I could to support it while he was unable.
His only other (self) published work is a 4-song demo CD-R that he handed out on tour [with Peppermint Pony in 2010]. He was one of my biggest motivators/supporters when i first started making music [and smoking weed] and I couldn't thank him enough for all he's done for me." - dingle

If you're interested in contacting him for anything at all, I'd be glad to give you his information.
